Objective:
- Design and prepare a therapeutic hydrogel with a controlled release rate to the delivery of a drug encased in a hydrogel, within a period of approximately ten weeks
- Release rate should be controlled to avoid the possibility of presenting drug doses too large or small
- Requires decision-making (some prior to experimentation, others based on results) regarding the method of delivery, drug representation, chemicals/materials, composition of hydrogel
- Produce deliverables, final report, and informative formal presentation
